The team developed for the value sharing Gold Coast Light Rail, Sydney Metro City & Southwest and Parramatta Projects. The team researched into taxation systems and value sharing mechanisms of different jurisdictions, and developed value sharing methodologies. The team conducted data quality and scenario analyses, and produced the final value capture report.
